We warmly welcome our newly appointed Professor of Thermal Turbomachinery, Dr.-Ing. Marco Lorenz, to the Institute of Thermal Turbomachinery (ITS) as of 01.04.2026 and wish him all the best in his new role as Institute Director. At the same time, we bid farewell to Prof. Dr.-Ing. Bauer on his well-deserved retirement after 22 years of service and thank him for his commitment and outstanding work in research and teaching.
