From March 21-24, 2026, the ITS ski seminar took place in the best skiing weather in Gaschurn in Montafon. A total of 28 alumni, active participants and their companions traveled to the Hotel Zerres. In addition to downhill fun on skis and snowboards on the snowy slopes of Madrisella, Versettla and Hochjoch and a live performance by DJ Ötzi, the focus was on the professional exchange between the different generations of scientists. To get to know each other better, Jannis Malek and Philipp Masino, who were attending the ski seminar for the first time, presented their current research topics at the institute. Dr. Christoph Becker provided exciting insights into the latest space activities at DLR with his lecture. This was followed by a lively discussion over lunch and dinner while enjoying local dishes.
